Tom Jebens - Owner/CEO
 

Tom brings 35 years of utility construction industry experience to JebCo Utility Construction!  Tom began his career as an installer with TCI in 1988 then advanced his career and has held many leadership positions with AT&T Broadband, Ameritech New Media and WideOpenWest before starting his own business.  

 Tom joined the WideOpenWest team in 2001 as Director of Construction/Project Management for the greater Chicago market and was responsible for constructing over 1100 miles of Cellular Backhaul Fiber Rings and constructed hundreds of Small Cell Sites.  With Tom’s experience he brings a wide range of construction and engineering experience, and his goal everyday is to provide excellent service to his customers.  Tom is married and has two kids, two grandsons and is a Diehard Chicago Cub fan.
